Hominids

“Hominids”is a longform webcomic based on a prehistoric group of Neanderthals. Rather than living in an Ice Age, they live in a jungle so dense, sunlight can’t reach the forest floor. The story follows a small group of Neanderthals who come upon a sick human who was banished from his tribe. Once recovered this human takes them on a journey that changes their world forever.

I’ve taken an unconventional route with my website. Rather than use the standard webcomic format, I’ve designed the website to be laid out like a map that follows the characters journey. I think this fits better with the nature of the story and the world.

Thanks Thonie! I really appreciate it! I had originally posted a synopsis on the original forum but realized that it probably wasn't on this nice looking new one. Thanks again for checking it out. I promise from here the story starts getting really exciting!
