Support Banners
For over a year we have been accepting “Donations” on ink. Donations have always been appreciated, and much needed. If it wasn’t for the donations over the years our beloved server would have been shut down. Moving forward with ink I am trying to find ways where I can give back to EVERYONE who chips in. I know there are a lot of artist where I don’t think I have given back as much as they have given me.
One of the first things I have done to make sure we all scratch each others backs, is setting up a “SUPPORT ink” section on the forum. After you make this purchase you gain access to a VIP section. Which currently right now… is pretty useless… BUT in inks database you will now be seen as a supporter. Now the first thing this is going to do for you is allow you to have a small banner that will randomly show up on ink. There will be a small link to an article, probably this one, and then 4 random banners from supporters.
Once you purchase support in the forum, you will be able to see the VIP section and that is where the link to your support banner will be.
The locations that your banner will show up will be :
The main page, under recent updates
The Readers section
The forum under categories
Similar comics pages
And as I develop more of the pages to come, they will all be pulling from this list.
I hope this excites people about donating to ink, the server is always paid for now by my second job but there are things I could use ( a new computer, a chair that isnt falling apart, and there are about 20 kickstarters I wish I could chip into! ) and as far as ink needing money…. I would still love to do a GOOD ad campaign to help us all find new users.

I am kind of confused as to how to go about setting this up and getting a support banner as well as donating.
Micheal if you head to http://inkoutbreak.com/forum/store that is where you can buy Karma and Support Roles.
Once you buy a supporter role a category just for Supporters opens up. In there is details to get it set up.
